Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, 84% of TEMPUR owners have recommended their mattress to someone else*. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 60 Night Trial. We ask you to try it for 60 nights, and if (during the 60 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back and refund your money, less delivery charges.

After your first 60 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 15 Year Limited Guarantee.

Pillows, Accessories, Mattress Toppers

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. And each of our products carries a guarantee to protect your investment.
 

Retail store purchases

If you bought your TEMPUR® product from an authorised TEMPUR UK stockist that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
